WeHelpHospitality provides a cloud-based software service and, in some cases, hardware (such as touch screen tablets) to help hospitality venues manage promotions, staff training, operations, and compliance. This document explains how the service should be used, how your data and content are handled, subscription terms, and the warranty coverage for supplied hardware.
2. Who This Applies To
This policy applies to all subscribers and users of WeHelpHospitality, including venue owners, managers, supervisors, and team members who have been given access.
3. Fair Use of the Service
- Use the system only for genuine business purposes.
- Each user should have their own login; accounts must not be shared.
- Do not copy, interfere with, or misuse the service.
- Uploaded content (menus, promotions, policies, training materials, staff details) must be lawful, accurate, and respectful.
- Users are expected to use the platform responsibly and professionally.
4. Data, Content & Privacy
- All data, content, and materials entered, uploaded, or created within WeHelpHospitality are owned by WeHelpHospitality.
- Subscribers and users are granted a license to access and use this content for the normal operation of their venue while their subscription is active.
- Data and content cannot be exported, copied, resold, or reused outside the platform without written permission.
- WeHelpHospitality will not sell or disclose content or data to other parties, except where required by law.
- We may use aggregated, anonymised data to improve services, generate insights, or support reporting.
- Subscribers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and legality of information they enter.
- On cancellation, access to the platform and its content will end. A copy of certain operational records may be provided upon written request within 30 days, subject to approval.
5. Intellectual Property
- All training materials, policies, templates, guides, and tools provided within WeHelpHospitality are the intellectual property of WeHelpHospitality.
- These materials are licensed for use only within the subscriber’s venue while subscribed.
- They cannot be copied, distributed, resold, or used to create competing products or services.
6. Service Reliability & Support
- The platform is designed for 24/7 availability, with occasional planned maintenance. We will give advance notice where possible.
- Issues can be reported anytime via email to support@wehelphospitality.com.au.
- While we aim for continuous uptime, unexpected outages may occur. We will act quickly to restore service.
7. Updates to This Document
WeHelpHospitality may update this policy and warranty from time to time to reflect legal requirements, security standards, or service improvements. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
